If you are based outside of Australia and would like to purchase any of our products, please send an email to email@example.com to let us know which items you are interested in and your delivery address. We will do our best to provide you with a shipping quote as soon as possible.
Shipment is through Australia Post and no tracking numbers will be available through this shipping method.
All international parcels may take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination.
Our parcels are shipped via Australia Post or a Courier Service. You will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment.
Standard orders placed on a Monday through to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within two business days.
If your delivery address is within the Australian metropolitan area, standard orders will take between 2-5 business days from the day the shipping notification email was sent to you.
Express post orders will take 1-2 working days from the day the shipping notification email was sent to you, if you are located in the Express Post network area. Next day delivery is not guaranteed if you are outside the network area, such as outer metropolitan areas and townships, but it will still be the fastest delivery option.
You can track the delivery status of your order at the Australia Post website or the Courier website once your tracking number has been sent to you.
We will replace or refund a parcel that is incorrectly addressed by us, but we do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that are incorrectly or insufficiently provided to us.
All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels, or packages damaged in transit.
Lost Parcel - Please contact Australia Post or the Courier Service that your order was dispatched with and advise them that your order has not arrived. You will need to quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. If the carrier is unable to locate your items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will lodge an enquiry for you.

For an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
The returned item must be in perfect condition with tags still attached and in it's original packaging and with no damage to the product when we receive it at Scandikid.
We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
Exchange items will be processed as a return and a new sale, and will incur new shipping fees. Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is damaged or faulty.
Please note that all promotions and orders using a discount code is final, and can not be exchanged. Please choose carefully and read the product description before purchase.
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not in stock yet. We open pre-orders for popular items that sell out quickly. This guarantees an immediate dispatch when the product arrives in stock.
If you order consist of a pre-order item, the whole order will be processed and dispatched once the pre-order item is available.
